You recommended some books for me to read, you also suggested that I should have some therapy. I did all the things you told me, even though I was angry with you too at the time.

My thought was 'how dare you say I need therapy, if only you had all those awful things happen to you , you'd understand'. However, I was desperate and did what you said.
