
MONTHLY MEDITATION
SEPTEMBER 2010
You may want to record this and play it to yourself. Or else, memorise it.
Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Be still. Close your eyes and switch off all your attention from your everyday world. Take a few nice deep breaths. Be aware of your breath as it goes in and out. Do not strain, If any unwanted thoughts keep coming into your mind, do not fight them but see them pass through your awareness like goldfish swimming in a bowl. Let them float past, give them no attention.
After a few minutes of this, take your attention to your heart centre at the centre of your chest. See it as a little bright light, now see that light glowing and growing. See it grow to fill all your chest area, now see it grow to fill your entire body. Keep with this thought for a while, observing the light in every part of your physical being. Feel it fill every cell and let it permeate every atom of your being. Knowing as it does that this light heals you, regenerates you and youths you and fills you with positive energy and vitality.
After a few minutes of this, see the light now expanding out from your physical body....out to about 8 inches all around you. As it does so, it transmutes any negative energy, vibes or thought forms in your aura.
From your heart centre, now send this lovely light out from you to your space, wherever you are sitting. Then let it reach out into your neighbourhood, then out to the bigger area where you live , then to your country, your continent and finally out to the whole world. See this lovely light flow North, South, East and West to cover the entire planet.
Send light to the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom, the animals, the creatures in the sea and all the little insects and all of nature.
Now send this light to the Spirit world , send it with gratitude and thanks for all the help that Spirit gives you. Link with your guides, the angels and the elementals. Tune in to your very own Higher Self and to All-That-Is. feel the peace. Breathe. be still.
Know that all is well.
Stay in this space for as long as you wish. Then slowly and thannkfully come back to your bodily awareness and to your surroundings again.

The words on the C.D were channeled directly to me by the angels. They even came to me as I sat in the soundproof room at the recording studio and no notes were needed as the angels just put the words in my mouth. The backing music is by Christine Sweetman Willis.
It is better to just do fifteen to twenty minutes of meditation when you first start, rather than struggle to do it for longer. Better ten minutes several times a day than saying one hasn't time to meditate for long periods.

Find a nice quiet place and make yourself comfortable. You do not have to sit in the lotus position. Sit in a chair or wherever you feel comfortable.Close your eyes.Switch off your attention from the outside world. Focus on your breathing. Breathe in peace and light and breathe out tension and negativity. Do this several times.
Feel the light shining in your heart centre and see it growing to fill your entire body. Feel the light around and outside you. Feel your connections to All-That-Is. Be aware of the energy around you. feel the pulse of the universe. Feel yourself a part of it all. Know that you are connected to everything and everything is connected to you.
Be still for a while in this feeling . Have a sense of the energy of the air around you and the energy of the room that you are in: then feel your attention going out into an ever wider circle. Feel your attention embracing everything.
Know that you are a part of it all. Know that the Source of all things is all around you and in you and that you are also in it.
Invite the presence of the angels. What do you feel? Feel the love ;feel the pure unconditional love of the angels around you. Commune with them. Ask them if they have a message for you.
Be still in this energy. Bathe in the Angelic Light for a few minutes or as many minutes as you like. Then ask the angels for their help and guidance and remember to thank them.
Take a few more nice deep breaths and slowly bring your attention back to where you are in the room, on your chair, in your body and be glad. Be at peace. be happy.

We live in a time of untold change on our planet, this shift or change is rapidly accelerating as we move towards the predicted Ascension and 2012.
It is important that we, who work with the Light, are aware and focussed. In our mediatations and prayers we can do so much to help lift the consciousness of mankind.
The 'AH' sound is the sound of the heart chakra and sounding that note not only helps ourselves individually, but the sound ranges out on subtle levels for miles (one scientist says 2 miles) around and touches everything.The 'AH' sound is the sound and vibration of LOVE.
So sit quietly in whatever position is comfortable for you. Shut out all the busy chatter of the mind and take a few nice deep breaths. Focus on your breathing for a few minutes. Breathe in , hold for the count of five, breathe out, hold for the count of five and repeat this four or five times. Don't strain.
Then bring your attention to your heart chakra, see it glowing in the centre of your chest.Then chant the 'Ah' sound at least seven times.

Find a comfortable place to sit. You can sit on a chair or anywhere which is comfortable for you. You do not have to get into the lotus position or anything like that. Get settled. Be very aware of your body and let go of any tension you are holding. Then observe your breathing. As you breathe in, imagine that you are breathing in Light and, as you breathe out, breathe out all the negativities and worries of your life, see this as black smoke and let it go. Do this for a few minutes.
Now bring your attention to your Base Chakra (at the base of your spine) and see it fill with light and energy, see this energy as a clear bright red. Then move your attention to the Sacral Chakra, a few inches above the base and see the light of clear bright orange.
Now move up to the Solar Plexus Chakra which is , naturally , at your Solar plexus. This is now filling with a clear bright yellow light. Then take your attention to your Heart Chakra in the middle of your chest. Here is a bright green light tinged with golden sparkles. Then take the attention to the Throat Chakra and see it fill with beautiful blue light.
Next, move up to the Third Eye Chakra, which is situated in the middle of your forehead and see it fill with Indigo/ purple light. And, finally, imagine that at your Crown Chakra, which is located right on the top of your head in the centre, there is a bright violet light and this is where your connection to Source/God/ All-that-is lies.
Keep breathing gently and be aware of all your chakras now pulsing with the different rainbow coloured lights. Feel all around you that there is a white light emanating from your body and going out about 10 inches from you all around you. See yourself as a beautiful Being of Light. Remember your connection to the Divine, remember the Divine within you.
Now send Love and Light and Blessings out in all directions to bless all. This light which emanates from you brings blessings to others and at the same time blesses you too and attracts positive energies and happenings into your life.
Sit for as long as you please with these thoughts and ideas and then when you wish to finish your meditation, bring your attention to your feet, if you are sitting on a chair, or to the base of your spine if you are sitting cross legged on the floor , and imagine strong roots going down from there into the Earth, earthing you and giving you strength. Imagine the strong energy of Mother Earth coming right up from there through all of your chakras, out through your crown chakra and out into the cosmos. As you breathe in and out bring the energy of the cosmos through you and down into the Earth, so that you become a conduit between Heaven and Earth. Feel the energy. Feel how empowered you become. Feel the Love and the Light.
When you feel like it , just bring your attention back to where you were before you started your meditation.
